Program Manager

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation.
Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Cross-functional and cross-team project management utilizing primavera, office/workspace suite. Strategic program planning with stakeholders including creating roadmaps, risk registers, and charters. Project execution and governance including managing schedule, staffing, and features. Monitoring and communicating project progress, risks, and mitigations using status reports or escalation reports. Continuous process improvement using performance metrics (KPIs) and data analysis tools including Tableau, SQL, SAP order management and purchasing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google Boulder, CO office & may allow for a hybrid schedule per Google policy.
