Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager | Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support - Training Analytics & Optimization [NSF0029029]

Training Analytics & Optimization: Measure training impact and enhance workforce development programs using data analytics. Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Training Analytics & Optimization delivering Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support - Training Analytics & Optimization through Lead delivery | drive analytics | ensure outcomes. Further, they Oversee training analytics initiatives, manage stakeholders, ensure SLAs/KPIs, and integrate analytics into workforce development programs.

Program Manager Professionals typically cover Training Analytics & Optimization Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines and serve as Senior lead/architect/manager scope with enterprise influence, independent judgment, and responsibility for cross-functional delivery or strategy..
