Job Description:

Lead end-to-end Agile program execution across multiple Product and Engineering teams.

Plan and coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning and related activities.

Drive ART-level coordination and ensure alignment across multiple Agile teams.

Track and manage program dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and key milestones.

Facilitate collaboration and communication between Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Drive regular program-level meetings, Agile ceremonies, reviews, and follow-ups.

Maintain program visibility through Jira, including tracking of progress, dependencies, risks, and action items.

Proactively identify blockers and coordinate with stakeholders to drive them toward resolution.

Ensure agreed actions and deliverables are followed through to completion.

Work independently and proactively to drive program activities and stakeholder follow-ups.

Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and program execution.

Collaborate with enterprise cloud teams to support effective delivery and alignment.
