PIBM is looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead academic execution, student discipline, engagement, and employability readiness for a large student cohort.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end academic planning, timetables, and calendar execution.
- Ensure high standards of student discipline, attendance, conduct, and engagement.
- Drive smooth academic delivery and learning outcome attainment.
- Lead student mentoring, interventions, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with faculty, administration, and placement teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor internship and placement readiness through structured development initiatives.
- Manage a team of Assistant Batch Incharges and Student Coordinators.
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of experience in Academic Operations, Student Affairs, Education Management, or similar leadership roles.
Strong people management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle large-scale operations and student-centric environments.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
Empathetic yet authoritative leadership style.
