ABOUT THE ROLE The Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of customized international immersion programs for MBA and executive education groups.You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned university partners—from program planning through execution and post-program follow-up.This role is central to translating client objectives into high-quality program experiences, particularly through the research, coordination, and delivery of company visits and professional engagements that form the academic core of each program.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Client Relationships - Serve as the primary liaison for assigned university partners throughout the program lifecycle- Build strong relationships with faculty and program directors; conduct regular check-ins and lead post-program debriefs- Manage client expectations proactively and respond to communications within one working day Company Visit Research & Outreach - Research companies and industries to identify high-quality visit targets aligned with program learning objectives- Coordinate with the Corporate Engagement team on lead generation and confirm all visits prior to group arrival Itinerary Development & Program Delivery - Adapt and finalize program itineraries to meet client requirements within operational and budget constraints- Coordinate with Operations to ensure accommodations, transportation, activities, and on-the-ground staff are confirmed and ready- Proactively identify and resolve risks or issues before and during programs; develop contingency plans for high-risk elements- Select, prepare, and oversee Program Hosts during in-country execution Administration & Continuous Improvement - Maintain program financial documentation and manage invoicing cycles- Gather structured client feedback through surveys and debrief calls; contribute lessons learned to improve future programs- Share newly developed corporate relationships with the shared company database QUALIFICATIONS Required - Bachelor's degree required- Minimum 2 years of experience in group event management, international education, study abroad, or experiential learning programs- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent programs- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace- Comfort working in a fully remote, internationally distributed team Preferred - Experience in international education or MBA-level academic programming- Familiarity with Travefy, HubSpot, and Slack- Established professional network in Europe or Latin America- Comfort with AI-assisted workflows or willingness to learn- Additional language skills relevant to program destinations WHY SOUTHBRIDGE ACCESS Southbridge Access partners with leading business schools in North America to design and deliver international immersion programs that connect students with real companies and real business challenges around the world.As a Program Manager, you are the person who makes that happen—turning a university's vision into a meaningful, high-quality experience on the ground.We are a fully remote, internationally distributed team.We value ownership, proactivity, and the kind of attention to detail that turns a good program into a great one.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $34, al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 50 % (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
