Your Job:
Molex is seeking a dynamic and proactive Program Manager for our Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit (CMSBU) - Vehicle Antenna Solutions segment at our Guadalajara, Mexico facility.
You will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple programs within CMSBU, developing a strong customer-focused Program Management team.

Join our Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit, where we focus on Vehicle Antenna Solutions.
You will lead a team of 2-3 Project Managers in our Guadalajara manufacturing plant, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication across cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve desired program results.
- Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to maintain strong relationships and ensure program success.
- Efficiently allocate and manage program resources, including personnel, budget, technology, and materials.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delivery impacts.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline applicable to the role.
- 7+ years of experience developing automotive products with Tier 1 & OEMs.
- 5+ years of experience as a program/project manager leading automotive launches.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish languages, written and verbal.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- PMP or PgMP Certifications.
- MBA or a Master's Degree in Program Management or a Technical discipline.
- Experience in the development and launch of Vehicle Antenna or similar systems.
- 3+ years of experience supervising Program or Project Managers.
