Within the Lob Avionic Equipment/AIRCRAFT & COCKPIT COMPUTERS PROGRAMS Area, we are looking for a Program Manager for our office in Pomezia. The person will be responsible for the following activities: * Management of medium complexity programs, both national and international * Operating autonomously to ensure the achievement of project objectives, not only from an economic-financial point of view, but also ensuring compliance with contractual agreements with the Client (external/internal) * Coordination and management of progress meetings, performance measurement and planning/organization of testing/delivery activities with the Client * Actively supporting the "business winning" phases and ensuring the monitoring and progress of projects in the "business execution" phases, interfacing with the various stakeholders of other Company Functions and agreeing with the line manager on any corrective actions to ensure the success of the project and customer satisfaction * Management of contractual compliance in accordance with Company procedures and national laws with particular regard to aspects of: Legal, Security, Trade compliance, Health & Safety, Procurement and reporting process * Risk Management * Participation in bid teams for the preparation of main commercial offers * Coordination regarding the definition and collection of costs * Reporting to management of the analysis of measured results * Participation in the continuous improvement process (process improvement) * Participation in company training activities for project management processes Education: Master's degree in a technical or management field, preferably Engineering Required experience level: Junior: 1-3 years of experience Technical skills and knowledge: * Good basic preparation aimed at correct management and understanding of technical and economic topics * Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes * Knowledge of project planning and progress control methodologies * Knowledge of economic project indicators * Knowledge of compliance issues versus Security, Trade Compliance and Health & Safety * Previous work experience in Project Management * PMI certification preferred (plus) Behavioral skills: * Communication and negotiation skills * Leadership skills * Problem solving * Team working * Decision-making ability * Delegation skills * Organized and systematic approach to synthesis (reporting). * Time and priority management * Proactivity * Flexibility Language skills: Good knowledge of written and spoken English, minimum level B2.
