At CSG, as Full-Time Program Manager, you will provide leadership and program oversight in the supervision of intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) Community Participation Support program. You will also be responsible for communicating and fostering company values and philosophies as well as general program management. The Program Manager is directly supervised by the Program Director.
Base Rate $23.67/hr. with increase possible based on relevant IDD experience.
Job responsibilities include:
- Supervising Program Supervisors, monitoring and evaluating employee performance according to company performance management policies and procedures.
- Collaborating and cooperating with the hiring specialist in interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training supervisors and direct support staff.
- Directing and ensuring effectiveness of program's daily operations.
- Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of the individuals within the program.
- Providing training and oversight related to the program's Incident Management.
- Providing training, including Medication Administration Training, as required.
- Supporting Program Supervisors in managing coverage in the homes.
- Participating in the company's on-call system. (Community Homes and Community-Based Program Managers only)
- Enhancing quality of the individuals' lives by promoting inclusion, recovery and integration into the community.
- Facilitating regular staff meetings and ensuring communication with and from company management.
- Ensuring implementation of individual program and behavioral plans and activities.
- Overseeing the maintenance and completion of documentation required by the company, state or federal regulations, etc.
- Transporting individuals in personal or company vehicles for meetings, appointments or community activities.
- Serving as an active member of the service team in the coordination of services.
- Accounting for the management of program budgets, petty cash and the oversight of the financial transactions of the individuals.
- Overseeing and maintaining records pertaining to inventory, both for company owned property and possessions belonging to individuals, as applicable to the program.
- Performing job responsibilities of the Program Supervisors directly (Residential and Community Based) or Lifesharing Specialists (Lifesharing), when required.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university, 1 year experience working directly with persons with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, 2 years of experience working directly with persons with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
- An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, 4 years of experience working directly with persons with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience (except in the ICF/MR setting).
- High school diploma or equivalency, 6 years of work experience working directly with persons with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience (except in the ICF/MR setting).
Additional requirements include:
- Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individuals to appointments.
