In this role you lead customer programs end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive successful industrialization and ramp-up. You partner with R&D, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, finance, and sales to ensure program governance, budgets, and KPIs are met. You engage with customers, manage changes and escalations, and guide project managers for consistent execution. Retribuzione / Benefits Own and drive customer programs from nomination to series production stabilization Coordinate across R&D, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, finance, and sales Lead and support Project Managers to ensure consistent execution and governance Manage customer communications, escalations, changes, and overall satisfaction Collaborate with plants to prepare for industrialization, launch, and ramp-up Define and monitor plans, milestones, budgets, risks, KPIs, and reporting Identify risks, drive mitigation actions, and manage scope changes Support profitability, cost control, investments, and alignment with Finance Responsabilità Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field Experience: 7+ years in program/project management in international manufacturing or automotive environments Program Management Expertise: track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs (time, cost, quality, scope, risks) Leadership: experience leading cross-functional teams and directly managing Project Managers Customer Management: strong skills in handling customer interactions, escalations, negotiations, and issue resolution Operations Knowledge: solid understanding of manufacturing, industrialization, quality, supply chain, and launch processes Certification & Tools: PMP or similar preferred; strong knowledge of program management methods, tools, and reporting Soft Skills & Languages: excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; fluent English #J-18808-Ljbffr
