Job Description
Establishes and implements a corporate approach to technical program formulation, analysis, review, and documentation for ERDC's Civil Works direct portfolio.
Assists ERDC's Technical Directors in ensuring that through planning and programming Civil Works programs are aligned to USACE and Army objectives.
Tracks technical program execution and performance to ensure research programs are executing to plan.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyzes direct and reimbursable programs to identify linkages within the corporate portfolio that can be leveraged for future opportunities.
Provides leadership and direction in the preparation of ERDC-level responses to data calls and other actions, to include Congressional coordination, concerning the Civil Works research programs.
Performs a wide range of other duties in support of the Chief, Programs Office.
