Requirement/Must Have:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, client handling, and delivery governance.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Solid understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, schedules, and dependencies effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, building strong relationships with business and executive stakeholders.
- Define program roadmap, governance framework, and execution strategy.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring integrated planning, execution, and delivery.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across the program lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication, including status reporting, progress tracking, and executive updates.
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery alignment.
- Monitor program performance using metrics, KPIs, and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Support financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Drive client satisfaction through high-quality delivery and proactive engagement.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Healthcare domain is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce / Digital Transformation programs is a plus.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, reporting dashboards.
