Enterprise Program & Project Manager
The Enterprise Program & Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs aligned with organizational strategy. This role ensures governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of multiple interdependent projects.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
Lead enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects and stakeholders Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics Align programs with business strategy and organizational goals Manage interdependencies across projects
Project Delivery
Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Implement Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as required
Governance & Reporting
Establish program governance frameworks and standards Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and technical teams Manage expectations and resolve conflicts Drive decision-making and accountability.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across programs Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution Maintain risk registers and contingency plans
Financial Management
Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization Track financial performance and ROI
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Mentor project managers and team members Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field MBA preferred (for senior roles)
Experience
815+ years in project/program management Experience managing enterprise-scale initiatives Proven track record of delivering complex programs
Certifications (Preferred)
PMP (Project Management Professional) PgMP (Program Management Professional) PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum certifications
Core Skills
Strong leadership and communication Strategic thinking and problem-solving Risk management and governance expertise Budgeting and financial acumen Proficiency in tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
