d.* 6-9 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadershi
p.* Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standard
s.* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizatio
n.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolutio
n.* Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfal
