Role Description The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and digital twin initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are planned, executed, and completed on time and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program objectives, creating detailed project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating status to stakeholders and leadership. The role involves collaborating closely with product, engineering, data science, and customer teams to align program outcomes with business goals and customer requirements. The Program Manager will also drive process improvements, establish best practices, and support change management for new solutions and capabilities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- MBA with 7-10 years of experience.
- Experience managing complex technology programs, ideally involving AI, data platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, product management, and customer-facing teams.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or simulation technologies; understanding of digital twins is a plus.
- Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or hybrid frameworks).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and driving decisions with limited guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile) are an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
