Required Skill Set
Programme management, credit card modernisation, banking transformation, governance, delivery roadmap, milestone management, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, vendor coordination, budget management, resource planning, change management and executive reporting.
Desired Experience Range
8+ years of project or programme management experience in banking or financial services, with proven experience leading large-scale transformation or modernisation programmes. Credit card domain experience is required.

Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or modernisation programmes.
Strong credit card domain knowledge and experience delivering card-related initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programmes across business, technology, vendors and delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology leaders.
Excellent governance, risk management and delivery management capabilities.
Experience working with distributed teams across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
Fluent English and Cantonese are mandatory.
Good-to-Have
Experience within global banking environments.
Knowledge of card processing platforms, card migrations or digital banking transformation.
Project management certification is preferred.
Mandarin is advantageous but not required.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
Lead the overall delivery of the Credit Card Modernization Programme.
Define programme governance, the delivery roadmap, milestones and reporting structures.
Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders
Coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors, technology teams and business functions.
Track programme progress, risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation plans.
Establish effective programme controls and reporting mechanisms.
Drive decision-making and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Manage budget, resource planning and programme priorities.
Provide executive-level reporting and status updates.
Support change management and business adoption activities.
