Program Manager I

BAE's Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager I to join the team in the Development portfolio within the F-35 Solutions product line. This Program Manager will manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute one or more projects simultaneously. They will be expected to model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. This position requires a comprehensive interface with Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Subcontracts, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Security functions within the company as well as with internal and external customers to ensure that the portfolio's financial, schedule and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with the majority of time spent on site with opportunity for flexibility during the week to work remote.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
