We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our PMO team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving successful execution.
You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable business value.
This is a strategic position focused on enabling organizational success through effective program leadership.
Key Responsibilitites
- Build and manage program roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program.
- Support teams by removing blockers and escalating issues when needed.
- Manage resources, timelines, and project changes.
- Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure smooth execution.
- Track performance and drive efficiency and cost improvements.
- Maintain and optimize project management tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams.
- Proven ability to define and execute program requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and metrics for decision-making.
- High proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
