Serves as subject matter expert, providing regulatory, technical and analytical guidance to programs and projects resulting from Federal and/or State laws and regulations.

Mandates Implementation Group (Makes sure compliance is meet when new guidelines are issues State and Federal regulations that are passed). This group deals more with Federal regulations.

Beth Manages both Program Managers and Project Managers in the group

Will be dealing with transparency as it relates to providers and transparency as it relates to consumers.

PMP is required. Needs a ton of business and strategic exp managing large scale software dev projects. Not necessarily just IT exp. Needs to be able to handle both business side and really just have an understanding of IT. Strategic Program Mgmt exp at the corporate level

Agile environment

Looking for Healthcare insurance exp

ACA Project Delivery exp if highly preferred

Also having claims, provider networking and contracting exp is beneficial

Will manage several projects related to transparency: provider directory, pricing transparency (how much CF would pay for a service), etc...

Shoot for local first, then transition out to non-local but willing to relocate

More than likely will have PMs reporting to she/he from a matric perspective. But they could be running projects themselves

Projects ranging from 5-10 million dollars

Regulatory and compliance understanding/background is helpful as well
