IT Program Manager III

This position is for an IT Program Manager responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of defined deliverables, which require engagement from multiple teams. The role involves communicating work objectives, managing risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables. The objective is to ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of projects and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate and facilitate routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
  • Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and the removal of impediments for defined deliverables.
  • Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion.
  • Gather and provide status updates on deliverables, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders.
  • Guide projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed.
  • Develop and manage the project plan, and ensure required tracking systems are kept updated.
  • Identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years of end-to-end project and change management experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in release management, problem management, and incident management.
  • Hands-on experience with Change Manager for handling and reviewing changes.
  • Work experience with BMC Remedy and ServiceNow tools.
  • Experience in project document review.
  • Hands-on experience with the JIRA tool.
  • Understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Co-pilot, Automation, and Integration.
  • Agile Scrum Master experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
