Bodhi Love Foundation Limited is a charitable organization dedicated to promoting compassion, education, and community well-being through impactful programs and partnerships. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive our initiatives to create meaningful social change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of foundation programs and projects
- Develop program strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals
- Manage partnerships with stakeholders, NGOs, schools, and community groups
- Oversee program budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements
- Monitor program outcomes and prepare impact reports for donors and management
- Supervise and mentor program staff and volunteers
- Identify opportunities for program growth, innovation, and funding
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Sciences, Education, Public Administration, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in NGOs or social impact organizations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in fundraising, public / NGO grant procurement, or grant management is an advantage
- Work proactively in a flat organization to manage a diverse portfolio of cross-functional duties and evolving workflows, and assume accountability for a broad scope of projects
- Working knowledge in mindfulness is a plus
- Passion for community service and social impact
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
