Are you an ambitious, high-performing professional looking to help transform the economy? Confluence Philanthropy's Program Manager occupies a core team position with significant program and event management responsibility. We are recruiting a dynamic, process-minded, and detail-oriented'servant-leader' motivated by the idea of generating cutting-edge industry convenings.
The Program Manager will work with the Program Team to create content in themes related to sustainability, equity, and investment practice. We are looking for an ambitious early-stage professional who will take charge of this position, growing into an integral member of our team. This position offers internal advancement to programmatic leadership roles for the successful hire.
Reports to: Senior Program Manager with oversight by Vice President of Programs
Compensation: Full-time with a $70,000 $80,000 salary, plus highly competitive benefits
Hybrid Location: New York City (mid-town) Office required minimum 4 days per week in office. Eligible candidates must legally reside in New York.
