Job Overview
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 12+ years in data management delivery.
- 5+ years leading MDM programmes on SAP transformation projects.
- Strong client-facing presence.
- Experience managing onsite/offshore teams of 10+.
Responsibilities:
- Owns end-to-end delivery of the IDMC workstream for the S/4HANA go-live.
- Manages scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and escalations across teams.
- Leads the gated transition from the incumbent.
- Chairs weekly delivery review and represents the organization at monthly steering.
- Owns the CR pipeline with declared schedule impact per change and the churn dashboard.
- Accountable for milestone gates M1M9, cutover execution, and hypercare exit.
Nice to Have:
- SOW/commercial governance experience essential.
