Role: Program Analyst
Onsite in Arlington, VA
Only USC with Active Secret Clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or Government Administration; Engineering or Technical field; Business or English; a master's degree is a plus.
- At least 8 years’ of relevant work experience.
- Excellent skills in literature searches and secondary research.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into organized and digestible narratives that drive clear and actionable courses of action.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to create ad-hoc teams, and drive team and individual performance from a non-supervisory and/or customer support role. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, remote, environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Flexibility to take on other responsibilities as client requirements evolve.
- Ability to listen to, understand and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment without detailed supervision.
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows.
