Seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage complex Department of Defense (DoD) programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, proven leadership in integrated project teams, and deep familiarity with DoD acquisition processes. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, executive management and industry partners, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and operational strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, procurement, and development.
  • Define and align project scope, milestones, and KPIs in coordination with internal stakeholders, government customers, research labs, and industry partners.
  • Ensure program alignment with customer priorities and company’s integrated operations strategy.
  • Represent company with the PMO, government agencies, and subcontractors.
  • Lead budget planning, cost analysis, and contract management activities in accordance with DoD acquisition guidelines (e.g., FAR/DFARS).
  • Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost reduction strategies.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, vendor coordination, and procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to evaluate and integrate new technologies into program solutions.
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet program requirements and customer expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across program lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing DoD contracts and programs.
  • Proven experience in budget management, contract execution, and vendor/subcontractor oversight.
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, including FAR/DFARS.
  • Demonstrated success in leading Integrated Project Teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) required.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to understand and communicate complex systems and solutions.
