Northrop Grumman, Space Systems is currently seeking a Program Manager 2 to support Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Programs with primary focus on the Life Extension (LE) 2 Special Test Vehicle (STV) Programs for the Propulsion Systems Division at our facility located in Magna, Utah. We are excited for you to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. Our domain provides rewarding work that contributes to the latest advancements being made in the missile defense industry. This position includes interface with the three-factory campus Bacchus (Magna), Promontory and Clearfield, Utah Value Stream Element Teams (VSET) in developing and fabrication of the next generation Special Test Vehicles (FS/SS/TS concrete and empty rocket motors). This position will have responsibility for cost, schedule, technical execution and presentation in monthly reviews, quarterly reviews with additional Operating Unit stakeholders. LE2 STV Programs will have full EVMS and IMS schedule requirements. Additionally, the Program Manager 2 will be a point of contact with internal organizations and the customer with regular communication and presentations expected.

Familiarity with rocket motor manufacturing processes
Familiarity with Propulsion Systems factory operations (Bacchus, Promontory, and Clearfield)
Experience managed projects (e.g.: Technical lead, CAM, PM)
Ownership and solution based mentality
Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
