Program Manager, Learning Operations

The Program Manager, Learning Operations serves as the owner of the learning intake framework, governance model, and supporting tools that enable consistent and scalable management of training demand across QXO.
The role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and overseeing the intake process and decision framework that guides how work is assessed and routed based on complexity, priority, and capacity. This role does not directly determine outcomes, but ensures that the system, criteria, and workflows are functioning effectively, consistently, and transparently.
This role brings structure, visibility, and execution discipline across both instructional design and content production. In addition, it plays a key role in supporting M&A integration by translating acquired learning content, systems, and programs into structured execution plans aligned with enterprise standards.

Success Measures:
Experience
Experience in program management, PMO, or HR operations within a complex organization
Proven ability to design and manage structured workflows and governance models
Experience with intake frameworks, prioritization models, or service delivery operations
Experience within learning and development environments and content types
Experience supporting M&A integration is a strong plus

Strong operational discipline and structured thinking
Ability to design, implement, and manage scalable processes
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfort working with data, reporting, and workflow tools
