Job Description
The Program Manager (PM) provides full-spectrum oversight and administrative leadership for all personnel and activities under this contract. Serving as the senior liaison between the Contractor and Government, the PM collaborates directly with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs to ensure all contractual requirements are met. The PM actively participates in required meetings, briefings, reviews, and mission-critical events, offering management, technical, cost, and schedule insights to Government leadership. This role is accountable for program planning, execution, reporting, staffing, risk management, and overall contract performance.
Essential Job Responsibilities
The Program Manager oversees all contract activities, ensuring successful planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of all tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualifications
6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience. Proven experience managing large, complex Government contracts or programs Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage program resources Strong understanding of program controls, risk management, scheduling, and quality assurance Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with cost reporting, budgeting, and performance metrics PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification Clearance- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Requirements
Master's degree in a related field Experience managing multi-site or geographically dispersed teams Prior experience within DoD, IC, or similar Government environments Experience managing CDRLs and complex reporting requirements Experience working directly with Contracting Officers, COR/ACOR, and TTMs
