Tech Program Manager
Tech Program Manager to lead the transition of associates to enterprise benefits and HR systems. Lead a workforce integration initiative, coordinating HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Technology teams to ensure a successful migration to an Oracle HCM platform. Work cross-functionally to deliver with multiple dependencies and teams; work with Product Managers, Business and Engineering teams to ensure technical delivery. Encourage synergy and alignment in delivery, provide clarity, and foster collaboration with stakeholders in a consistent way. Documents issues, risks, decisions and leads team to develop mitigations and escalations. Foster partnership and working relationship with Deloitte, who is leading the conversion. Creates and communicates reporting to stakeholders to highlight progress and readiness for delivery/rollout; recommends and strategizes plan adjustments; and implements plan changes based on stakeholder alignment.
