As our Senior Manager - Program, Performance & Operations, you will play a central role in transforming our Business Services function. You will own the operational, performance, and commercial relationship with our outsource partner, ensuring seamless transition execution and creating a scalable, resilient service delivery model.

Working across executive leaders, functional heads, and key third-party partners, you will champion operational excellence, lead multi-tiered governance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver on our business case and long-term strategic objectives

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Own and drive the integrated transition project plan to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Build the Transition Playbook for future waves, establish tracking KPIs, and ensure internal and external resources are aligned and onboarded.
• Develop and run robust performance frameworks and governance forums from executive level down to daily operations. Lead the evolution of performance metrics, drive Innovation Council outcomes, and lead Business Impact initiatives.
• Act as the operational custodian for the Master Services Agreement (MSA) & Statements of Work (SOWs). Verify and manage provider billing, oversee change requests, track financial returns from continuous improvement, and model gain-share agreements.
• Maintain a comprehensive risk and issues framework. Test and validate joint Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plans, and embed regulatory, statutory, and internal control frameworks into our partner's standard operating procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2 direct reports while actively engaging internal and external stakeholders to foster a collaborative operating cadence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, business operations, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record managing commercial partnerships, vendor performance, and multi-tiered governance frameworks for outsourced or 3rd-party environments.
• Strong capability in financial tracking, managing complex contracts (MSA/SOWs), verifying billings, and measuring continuous improvement benefits.
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving, process refinement, and driving value creation through cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and matrixed stakeholders, from operational teams to executive leaders.
