We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Senior Program Manager, Procurement to oversee and execute supply chain projects within Rivian's consumer vehicle programs, which include the EDV, R1, R2, and R3 product lines. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project timelines, and driving the successful implementation of supply chain initiatives. This role requires excellent self-driven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure supply chain continuity, processes optimization, and Rivian's overall success on new and existing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving supply chain management, project management, and/or procurement activities in the automotive, aerospace & defense, or advanced manufacturing industries. They will have a proactive mindset towards leveraging new technologies for supply chain project management optimization, be adept at Change Management, and have a natural drive towards achieving objectives while keeping the larger picture in mind. This role is based onsite in Palo Alto, California.

The salary range for this role is $117,200 - $146,500 for Palo Alto, California based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
