Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Understanding program scope, participating in planning milestones, and aligning with business and budgetary requirements
• Identifying and securing participation from cross-functional teams for effective program integration and execution
• Developing and maintaining detailed program plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date program documentation
• Scheduling and managing workstreams for comprehensive program deployment from start to finish
• Managing program critical paths and dependencies, while developing goals and success criteria with stakeholders
• Analyzing risks, establishing contingency plans, and taking corrective actions to mitigate potential program disruptions
• Allocating resources efficiently to support program objectives and assisting in forecasting budget and resource needs
• Escalating issues timely for management review and balancing program scope, time, and costs effectively
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $92,922.36 - $153,321.89. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education
