ProSidian Seeks a Program Manager | Program & Project Management for Program Support on-site (client site) in the Washington, DC area contract contingent generally located across the Washington, DC across the United States Mid-Atlantic Region supporting USCG CG-PSC modernizing mission support; needs change management, analytics, and portfolio governance support.
Provide services and support as a Program Manager in the Defense, and Security Industry Sector focussing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) - Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC) (USCG / CG-PSC) | CG-PSC Business Operations Division (PSC-BOPS) / Mission Support Portfolio Generally Located In Washington, DC and across the United States Mid-Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).
Serves as single POC for KO/COR; oversees all contractor work, provides day-to-day management, and delegates to an approved alternate during absences. Accountable for contract-wide execution, integration across business lines, and day-to-day management.
- Serve as primary contractor POC to KO/COR; manage communications, tasking, and issue resolution.
- Plan, execute, and control work across multiple CG-PSC business lines; maintain integrated master schedule and priorities.
- Lead governance routines (status, risk, decision logs); ensure timely deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee quality management: reviews, compliance checks, and continuous process improvement of work products.
- Manage resources and performance: staffing, workload balancing, mentorship, and coverage via approved alternate.
- Direct analytical support efforts (metrics, dashboards, ad hoc analysis) to inform leadership decisions.
- Coordinate tool usage and adoption (MS Project/Access/O365/SharePoint; USCG-specific PM tools) and ensure data hygiene.

Work to Program Management And Analytical Support Services For The United States Coast Guard Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC). The ProSidian Engagement Team employees shall generally perform all work between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays).
TRAVEL: Contractor travel beyond the minimum local commuting area of fifty (50) miles from the primary place of performance will be required to support this contract.
