NTB Strategy & Affluent Acquisition

Location: Mumbai – Infinity

Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead strategic acquisition initiatives for Affluent segment.

The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management capabilities and execution excellence to drive NTB (New to Bank) growth and affluent portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and execute strategic acquisition initiatives to drive NTB growth in the Affluent segment.

· Develop market penetration and sourcing strategies across channels to enhance affluent customer acquisition.

· Collaborate closely with senior leadership, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders for business delivery and process alignment.

· Drive productivity, sales governance, and performance management across acquisition teams.

· Identify business opportunities through data-driven insights, customer segmentation, and market analysis.

· Partner with proposition, product, liability, assets and operations teams

· Monitor business performance metrics, pipeline management, and achievement of acquisition targets.

· Ensure strong execution discipline, compliance adherence, and process governance across teams.

· Build scalable frameworks to enhance customer engagement, relationship deepening and affluent franchise growth.

· Design CRM and customer campaign to ensure segment growth

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Affluent Banking / Liability / NTB Acquisition / Branch Banking Sales.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.
