Role: Program Manager I (RFP Support / Managed Services)
Location: Remote (Occasional visit for quarterly meetings in DMV area)
Duration: 6+ month (Part time 10-20/hr /week)
Minimum Qualifications and Wow Factors
Describe a normal day in this role:
o Participate in solutioning sessions
o Contribute to RFP technical response
o Collaborate with delivery and proposal teams
o Support development of managed service desk strategy
o Prepare for and participate in orals presentations

o ServiceNow

o Other service desk / call center platforms

Minimum qualifications:
o Experience with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services)
o Service desk or call center management experience
o IT modernization experience
o Strong program management background

1. CMS experience
2. Managed service desk / call center leadership
3. IT modernization (tools + transformation initiatives)
Nice-to-have skills:
o Experience with RFP solutioning and proposal development
o Familiarity with federal contracting
o Experience improving SLA performance

o Strong verbal communication (for orals)
o Ability to command a room and articulate solutions clearly
