Job Description
In line with the company's strategic directions, the person in the Program Optimization Analyst role participates in implementing the short-term network development plan (with a 1 to 9 month horizon).
The Program Optimization team monitors the evolution of the current season's program to improve Transat's profitability. This is a key role that requires close coordination with several teams, notably Revenue Management, Pricing, Finance, Product, Public Affairs and Flight Operations.
The incumbent is responsible for analyzing the anticipated economic performance of flights to support decision-making regarding changes to the current program. They are also responsible for communicating to the Current Program and Commercial Distribution teams the directives related to adjustments to the flight program and passenger re-protection, including those resulting from changes involving the company's partners.

Qualifications
A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The person in the role will frequently need to communicate in English, orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
