Program/Project Manager
OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program/Project Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing management and leadership for all contract activities.
- Perform the following duties supporting Program Management, our Cooperative German Partner, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts:
- Program Planning and Coordination Support
- Meeting and Conference Support
- Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) / Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Support
- Third Party and FMS Sales Support
- Digital Strategy Enhancement and SharePoint Management
- Support and enhance the digital strategy, focusing on effective data and records management. Effective use of tools such as Microsoft 365, Planner, and Power BI are required.
- Efforts include:
- SharePoint Site Management
- Digital Tools Development and Maintenance
- Data and Documentation Management
- Facilitation of Collaborative Processes
- Schedule Management and Analysis for Programs and Projects
- Undertake coordination, development, integration, and management of scheduling activities for all programs and projects, with the following specific duties:
- Schedule Development, Analysis, and Communication
- Recovery Planning and "What-If" Scenario Analysis
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Greater than 10 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field
