Standard Job Description
This position is for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Program to support the Quality Development Team. The role is responsible for applying systems‑level quality engineering principles to ensure that missile subsystems and integrated assemblies meet all reliability, safety, and performance requirements throughout the product life‑cycle. They will be responsible for all aspects of Quality across the programs life-cycle including proposals, contract review, start-up, development, and transition to production support. Requires an understanding of quality tasks across quality functions including hardware, software, systems and suppliers/subcontractors, and customers. Proficient in company policies. Partners with program teams as the Quality Lead for design and development. Performs contract reviews and flows down contract quality requirements to quality team, including suppliers.

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
