Job summary:Quasar's Program Management Team comprising of Program managers and Program Specialists, manage and are responsible for P&L for designated Programs as well for ensuring Excellent Customer Experience.As a Program Specialist, you will work together with Program Manager to ensure a program meet Customer expectations – defined by On Time Delivery, Quality of products delivered and providing Excellent Customer Support.Program Specialists work with KAM, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across Quasar as well as Customer.Responsibilities- :Support Program Manager for reach P&L Targets for assigned program- .
Maintain excellent relationship with customers by coordinating internal activities and providing timely updates- .
Suggest and / or manage implementation of cost reduction initiatives- .
Receive and Manage Customer POs from receiving till fulfilment- .
Maintain accurate costing files for each program- .
Manage changes in scope of program that will affect cost and scheduling of orders- .
Coordinate with Finance Department on Payment issues- .
Other tasks assigned by superior.Qualification:Educational Background and Experien- ceCollege and abov- e.Three (3) or more years of experience as Program Specialist / Customer Service Specialist in Medical Device / Electronic Industry.Skills and Competenci- esGood Communication Skills to manage internal and external communication- s.Knowledge of FDA regulations preferr- edMust be results-orient- edDemonstrated ability to successfully support multiple programs and meet targets for P&L and Customer Satisfactio- n.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools is required.
