Program Supervisor (BCBA)

Position Overview
This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 3045 minute commute).
Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 12 evenings per week extending to 6:307:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly this is what you can expect from your schedule.
Clinical & Administrative Support
- Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks
- Clinical supervisors for case consultation and guidance

- Manageable, individualized caseloads
- Care coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
- BT managers for performance and operational support
- BT trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing
Learning & Advancement

- Clinical rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, developmental therapies, and medical meetings
- Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA IIV

Compensation
- Base salary: $88,000 and $110,000
- Dual bonus program: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours, averaging between $5,000 - $10,000 annually
- First year signing bonus: up to $5,000
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
