Education: Required - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience: Required - 3 years related direct service experience. Preferred - 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field.

Job Summary: The Program Supervisor is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality services are provided to the service population, particularly in crisis situations, while maintaining compliance with established state and federal standards.
Essential Functions:
- Provide direct supervision over the Care Coordinators and Educator.
- Assist with intake, enrollment, outreach, and recruitment efforts.
- Provide training and technical support to Care Coordinators, and Educator.
- Make recommendations for disciplinary action of employees to the Director.
- Maintain the continuity and integrity of records and reporting as required for compliance.
- Work with the team to develop and ensure delivery of service plans.
- Utilize productivity tools to monitor the productivity of staff including monthly case audits.
- Use stated policies and procedures to report child abuse and neglect.
- Facilitate coordination and collaboration with supplemental programs and projects, community events, and coalition meetings.
- Maintain familiarity and knowledge of community resources and use them appropriately to meet the needs of families.
- Follow all procedures outlined in the BCFS personnel manual.
Measurable Deliverables:
- Maintain a caseload as needed.
- Meet with staff every week to review their weekly progress reports and provide guidance as required.
- Conduct one-on-one supervisions with staff at least biweekly.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews to ensure the educator conducts two education classes weekly and enrolls new clients weekly.
- Assist Program Director with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, or more as is required.
- Attend all required trainings and meetings.
- Assist Educator with planning and conducting group-based education classes as needed.
- Document client visits, interactions, outcomes, and education provided to participants in Salesforce within two business days.
- Complete accurate documentation by agency policies and procedures, contract and regulatory requirements, standards, and program timeline requirements.
- Review Salesforce reports for compliance with program requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to:
- Respond sensitively and competently to the service population's cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
- Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Travel as needed.
- Other job duties as assigned per grant requirements.
Requirements:
- Maintain certificates required for the position including but not limited to First Aid and CPR.
- Valid Texas Driver's license with a clear driving record and reliable transportation.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens.
- Provide proof or work eligibility status upon request.
- Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background and motor vehicle check (fingerprints needed if applicant has lived out of state within the past 5 years).
