Job Description
Duties include but not limited to:
- Reviews and screens all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, memoranda, publications, regulations, and directives that affect PCCCS, justifying the full range of office services, or answering questions concerning policies and procedures related to support/office services.
- Communicates regularly with other Service Chiefs or AOs, and Chief of Staff personnel.
- Maintains master tracking spreadsheet for incoming and outgoing action(s) to the service.
- Maintains the PCCCS activity calendar and schedules appointments, conferences, and meeting minutes.
- Serves as the timekeeper for Primary Care. Enters leave data into the computer and compiles leave records used to compile reports.
- Schedules educational training and records non-automated training sessions attended by Primary Care staff.
- Has primary responsibility for information management systems related to the evaluation and use of complex data sets which impact the benefit and delivery of health care services for Primary Care.
- Serves as the lead ADPAC for PCCCS, an expert in software applications used within the PCCCS.
- Serves as a liaison with IT Specialists and other ADPACS.
- Provides general office supply and equipment support services such as obtaining standard office supplies and services, procuring, and manages and assists with the completion of equipment inventory for PCCCS.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
