Program Support Assistant
GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for a wide variety of clerical duties and provides support to the Office manager/Program Director in the management of the office.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: This is an at-will administrative position within a program. This position is responsible for the coordination of appointments and interviews as well as supporting the administrative needs of the program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES Education, Training and Experience: A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from an accredited high school or GED program and one (1) year of experience performing a wide variety of the duties identified above. Note: Work experience, on a year-by-year, may be used to qualify in lieu of the education requirements.
Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements: California driver's license & current vehicle insurance/registration Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old excluding all modes of two-wheeled transport inclusive of bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation: $21 to $21.85
