Program Support Coordinator

As the Program Support Coordinator, you'll be managing grant funding sources; working with Aging staff, other State and local agencies, and the public to offer guidance, support, and other resources. This position will:
- Manage operational responsibilities and processes to support program administration, including, but not limited, to Older Americans Act programs and other healthy aging initiatives
- Coordinate grant agreements and contracts
- Serve as the "front door" of the Elder Connections Division (ECD) by responding to inquiries from program staff and constituents
- Plan events, trainings, and meetings related to the Elder Connections Division, including, but not limited to, Older Americans Act programs
- Maintain content for ECD webpages
- Offer technical support for software and databases

Completion of undergraduate core program in social or behavioral science, health or pre-medicine or comparable field; 18 mos. exp. in delivery of human services, health care services or medical assistance in governmental, community or private human support services agency or medical provider.
- Or completion of graduate core program in social or behavioral science or medicine-related or comparable field; 6 mos. exp. in delivery of human services, health care services or medical assistance in governmental, community or private human support services agency or medical provider.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
