Responsibilities: Coordinate the implementation of regional programmes and projects in line with approved plans and timelines. Monitor programme progress, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, development partners, donors, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders. Coordinate regional meetings, workshops, forums, and capacity-building initiatives. Collect, analyse, and consolidate programme data while preparing high-quality reports for stakeholders and donors. Support programme budgeting, financial monitoring, procurement processes, and compliance requirements. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, lessons learnt, and best practice documentation. Assist with partnership development, proposal writing, and resource mobilisation activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Project Management, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Public Health, Environmental Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification will be advantageous. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable. 3–5 years' experience coordinating programmes or projects, preferably within a regional or multi-country environment. Experience working with government institutions, NGOs, development agencies, donors, or regional organisations. Strong programme coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and project management skills. Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, financial management, and regional development priorities. Excellent communication, planning, analytical, and organisational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ability to work effectively across multicultural teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
