What the ATNS Programme Offers
Is Permanent Employment Guaranteed?
Completing the graduate programme does not automatically guarantee permanent employment. After 24 months, ATNS may consider placing a graduate permanently in a suitable position. Any appointment depends on available opportunities, organisational requirements, the graduate’s performance, demonstrated competence, and the graduate’s qualifications and skills.
