We are seeking a dedicated
Part-Time Programme Support Worker
to assist our busy team. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Casework & Resettlement:
Manage individual cases for resettlement applications, including gathering necessary information, preparing filings, and providing regular updates to participants.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Coordinate with partner organizations, legal representatives, the Immigration Department, and consulates to support non-refoulement claims and resettlement processes.
Medical & Psychological Coordination:
Schedule and manage appointments with doctors, psychologists, and health clinics.
Appointment Accompaniment:
Accompany participants to legal and medical appointments as needed.
Participant Care:
Facilitate individual check-ins to deliver tailored guidance and emotional support.
Psychosocial Services:
Support the delivery of wider psychosocial and Health and Essential Services.
Part Time:
Monday to Thursday
Remuneration:
Salary based on experience and skill level
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office Suites and technology in general
Experience working with vulnerable individuals preferred
Experience in the NGO sector preferred but not essential
Able to show initiative and a high attention to detail
Strong team player and collaborator
Sensitive to psychological and social difficulties for people’s emotions
Able to work in a multicultural environment
Proficient written and spoken English
Cantonese preferred but not essential
Immediately available preferred
Must have right to work in Hong Kong
