The Programmer/Analyst (.Net Developer) will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining software applications within a structured environment. The role requires working onsite in Montgomery, Alabama, supporting departmental projects and ensuring compliance with security and employment standards. This is a temporary position with potential for conversion to a merit status.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain .Net applications according to project requirements.
- Analyze system needs and provide technical solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and testing processes.
- Adhere to security protocols and background check requirements.
- Support documentation and reporting as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience as a Programmer/Analyst or .Net Developer.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
- Eligibility for conversion to merit status.
- Ability to work onsite 100% in Montgomery, Alabama.
- Experience with standard background check packages and E-Verify processes.
- Familiarity with temporary worker agreements and resource employment status validation.
- Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- No remote work allowed; position requires onsite presence.
- Submittals must be from prime suppliers with limited sub-vendor usage.
- No sponsorship offered for this role.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Position start date: September 16, 2026.
