Responsibilities
Application Development:
Handle the full development lifecycle—including collecting user requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing—for in-house and outsourced applications.
System Maintenance:
Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for existing systems.
System Design & Rollout:
Work closely with local IT and group application teams to design and roll out the group business solution.
Project coordination:
Assist the IT Manager in coordinating with the Group Application team and external vendors to implement business application projects.
IT Support Coordination:
Partner with the Group Infrastructure team to provide basic helpdesk and technical support to internal users.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Education:
Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience:
1–2 years of proven experience in IT and web development; experience managing Salesforce and ERP systems is preferred; familiarity with AWS Cloud or PowerBI; prior experience in PC and LAN support is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL or other modern programming languages. Strong hands‑on experience with web technologies including ASP.NET, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically SQL Server and MySQL.
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a process-oriented mindset. Must be fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
