We are looking for a System Analyst / Programmer to join our Information Technology Group. This role focuses on supporting business through the evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of projects across the full development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain code in accordance with technical specifications and application standards
- Perform unit testing for developed programs
- Ensure strict adherence to version control procedures during integration testing
- Compile and generate updated executable programs
- Create deployment packages for integration testing
- Troubleshoot and debug issues identified during integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare installation procedures for UAT deployment
- Develop data conversion procedures from legacy to new systems
- Provide 2nd-level support for business-as-usual (BAU) operations
What We Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least one year of hands-on programming experience
- Experience with VB or COBOL is an advantage
- Exposure to web or browser-based development
- Working knowledge of VB.NET or similar technologies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication skills
