Programmer/Software Developer (MD-DNPSD- N)

DESCRIPTION:
Nortak Software is currently seeking Programmer/Software Developers with the following qualifications:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field from a recognized Canadian academic institution or validated by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service
Minimum three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years working with relational/SQL databases developing data models/schema
Minimum three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years using Docker, git version control, and CICD tooling such as Github, Azure DevOps, Gitlab, etc.
Minimum three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years developing Cloud based full-stack web applications, and working as part of an Agile and/or Scrum team
Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC
RATED CRITERIA
Within the past 5 years, and as part of a delivery team, developed or significantly enhanced products for full-stack functionality in modern web application environments
Within the past 5 years, completed products involving the sustainment, enhancement, or scaling of an existing production application, particularly where the work supported broader user adoption, additional stakeholder groups, increased functionality, or improved operational continuity
Within the past 5 years, delivered software implementations that used DevSecOps-aligned practices, such as containerization, source control, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing, in support of a cloud-based application environment
